Cookie policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

Which cookies and measurement tools denkhub.io uses, what they are for and how you choose. Read it together with the privacy policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves on your device to work, remember your choices or measure usage. Here we use the word for similar tools too, such as browser storage.

2. Necessary

They make the site work and remember your cookie choice (gm_consent, 6 months). The source of your visit stays in the tab's storage (gm_touch) and disappears when you close it. They do not require consent.

3. Anonymous statistics

Our platform counts pages viewed, referrer, device and approximate city in aggregate form, without cookies and without an identifier that follows you from one visit to the next. They are always on.

4. Recognition across visits

Only with your consent: an anonymous identifier (gm_vid, in browser storage or in a 2-year cookie) that recognises you when you come back, and the source of your first and latest visit (gm_attr, 6 months). They make statistics more accurate and link your visits to the requests you send us.

5. Marketing and profiling

Only with your consent: third-party tools (for example Meta) to measure campaigns and show you relevant ads. Right now no advertising pixel is active on denkhub.io: if we add one we will list it here, and it will only run for people who have given consent.

6. How you choose

On your first visit the banner lets you choose: accept everything, keep only essential cookies or decide category by category. You can change your mind at any time from Cookie preferences, at the bottom of the page.

If you tick the profiling consent in the Join form, when you send it counts as Accept all and replaces the choice made in the banner. If you don't tick it, the banner choice stays.

7. From your browser

You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Without technical cookies some parts of the site may not work.

8. Controller and contacts

The data controller is Dario Enchelli, based in Rome, Italy, VAT No. 17457351009. For questions about cookies or your data, write to [email protected].
