Privacy policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect on denkhub.io, why we process it and what your rights are. We keep it short and readable.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Dario Enchelli, who publishes the denkhub products, based in Rome, Italy, VAT No. 17457351009. For any request, write to [email protected].
2. What data we collect
From the Join form: first name, last name, email, your message if you write one, your choice between staying updated and trying the alphas and betas, and the consents you give, with their date.
Newsletter: email and name. Your subscription becomes active only after you confirm it from the link we email you. For newsletters we record opens and clicks.
Browsing: anonymous, aggregate statistics (pages viewed, referrer, device, approximate city), collected by our own platform without cookies and without profiling you. Only with your consent, an identifier that recognises you from one visit to the next and links your visits to your requests.
Technical data: your IP address and the technical data of requests, to keep the site secure and to curb abuse of the form.
3. Why we process it and on what basis
Answering requests and handling applications to alphas and betas: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and legitimate interest.
Newsletter: your consent. If you choose to stay updated you give it with that choice; if you ask for the alphas and betas, with the dedicated checkbox. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.
Profiling for marketing purposes: only with your consent, which is optional. It means combining the data you leave us, your visits to the site and your email opens to understand what interests you and write to you about relevant things. If you give it from the form, it also counts as consent to recognition and marketing cookies, replacing the choice made in the banner.
Anonymous statistics and security: legitimate interest, with aggregate data that does not identify you.
4. How long we keep it
Data from requests and applications is kept as long as needed to handle them, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, profiling data until you withdraw your consent. We keep a record of consents given and withdrawn for as long as needed to prove them.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Only the providers needed to run the site process it, as processors: the site's hosting, the infrastructure of the Guacamedia Web platform that runs contacts, newsletters and statistics, and the email services that send our messages. Some providers may process data outside the European Union, with the required safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
At any time you can access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy (portability). You can withdraw your consents without affecting what was done before, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). To exercise your rights, write to [email protected].
7. Cookies
The site uses technical cookies and anonymous statistics without cookies. Recognition across visits and marketing start only with your consent, from the banner or from the profiling checkbox in the form, and you can change your mind at any time from Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page. The details are in the cookie policy.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The version published on this page always applies, with the date of the last update at the top.
